It is very important that we continue to be consistent about praying and spending time with God. Our connection with Jesus to the Father is what sustains us and brings protection. Your words are extremely powerful in this season!

John 15:1-4 says, 15 “I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more. 3 You have already been pruned and purified by the message I have given you. 4 Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.”(NLT)

The above verses are so very true. You MUST remain in Him in order to produce fruit!

Song of Solomon 2:15: 15 Catch all the foxes, those little foxes, before they ruin the vineyard of love, for the grapevines are blossoming!” (NLT)

There are many evil lovers in the world right now that are offering a bait of lies that only come to steal, kill, and destroy the fruit that’s been produced. The little foxes mentioned earlier can represent anything that causes a threat to the relationship you have with God. Fruit is produced when one becomes intimate with another. Just because something looks good on the outside, doesn’t mean that it’s good for you.

Galatians 5:19-23 makes it clear as to what fruit is produced with the enemy and with God: 19 When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, 21 envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God. 22 But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! (NLT)

The more time you spend with God, the closer you will be with Him and the more fruitful you will become. Intimacy builds over time in relationships. It’s defined as closeness, friendship, or close familiarity. No matter what you are doing in life, the more you spend time on that task, the more good or bad fruit will come of it.

There is a great harvest of fruitful blessings that are happening in this season, and on the same note, there is a manifestation of the lies of the enemy. Stay in God’s word! Pray in the Spirit and pray His word back to Him! Make God the Lover of your life by trusting in Him to be your everything! His promises are true and He will do what He says He will do!

Don’t fall for the bait of the enemy’s lies as he is trying to get you distracted, worried, in doubt, hateful, disconnected, deceived, and etc. Once again, you CAN’T produce fruit from God when you are not in connection with Him. Just going to church or watching online doesn’t mean that you are connected to God. Spending time with Him in prayer and doing what He says to do is where the connection comes forth. Remember, in times of intimacy in the natural world, you are completely surrendering yourself to your partner. In spending time with God spiritually,  no other lover will ever satisfy!

Don’t stop praying to God. Trust Him at His Word. Ask God for discernment in deciphering the enemy’s lies. Choose to connect with and be obedient to the Father. Let Him be the ultimate Gardener and tend to your life.

“Will you trust Me?”, says the Lord.
