Lord, help me! My heart as a teacher is to inform parents and fashion them with the necessary equipment to invoke a successful foundation of learning for their child. May their “eyes be wide open”! May they not only “see”, but take in the vast amount of light consistently available to guide and direct them on the right path.
The results of a “weakened student” occurs when an educational system and its teacher is left in charge of training up a child. Consistent and clear communication must occur between parents and teachers. Authentic relationship is the key to unlocking the full potential of a young generation. Unity is necessary. Dear God! We’ve got to do better in the educational system!
The past few weeks, I’ve been exposing the deeds a majority of my students are implementing inside of Google Classroom. They are turning in blank documents falsifying completion, not following instructions or utilizing feedback, pretending to be working during live sessions and etc.
I’ve equipped my classroom parents in knowing how to check-up on their child’s progress, but many parents are not utilizing the provided tools. The same pattern of behavior occurred when school was in session, and many parents expect the teacher to raise their child. However, the students of the parents who properly yield the tools given to them have children that are flourishing!
It’s time for parents and students to awaken to unity and healthy communication. May families come together and pray! I pray that the “eyes” of my classroom parents be opened and their minds become aware of what’s really going on with their child.
May obedience and wisdom be the foundation of every student I instruct! Change must happen now! Pray for the educational system. May the Godly prayers that go forth be like fire to the “weeds” that have been choking the minds of children, covering the eyes and blocking the ears of parents, and causing the vision of teachers to be hidden!
Wake us up Lord! Keep us on the “wall” in position and steady focused in prayer!
